The invention relates to a method and device for acclimatizing opening of fish fries. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, putting just-hatched fish fries into
acclimatization pools, of which the width does not exceed 40cm and the length does not exceed 6m, and controlling
water depth not to exceed 15cm, and controlling the flow velocity of water in the
acclimatization pools in a manner that the fish fries attached to
pool walls are not washed away by the water; and meanwhile, controlling the
environmental temperature of the
acclimatization pools to 28 DEG C to 30 DEG C, wherein the
stocking density of each acclimatization
pool is 100,000 to 200,000 tails; secondly, feeding the fish fries by taking
rotifer or Artemia salina as feedstuff for opening 2 to 3 days after the fish fries come out, wherein the feeding amount of the
rotifer or Artemia salina is 5g per 10,000 tails; thirdly, taming to feed on artificial feed 2 to 3 days after the
rotifer or Artemia salina is fed; and fourthly, ending acclimatization one week after the artificial feed is fed, and carrying out culture on the fish fries in culture ponds. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, and the
survival rate is high. A basis for industrialized fry rearing is laid.
