The invention relates to a method for prevention and control of phyllocnistis citrella of citrus gonggan trees. The invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine composition for replacing pesticides to repel, prevent and control diseases and insect pests and a method of the Chinese herbal medicine composition. The Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following components: a tea seed cake extract, a hot pepper extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a humus extract, a veratrum nigrum extract, a flue-cured tobacco stem extract, a camphorwood residue extract, a derris root extract, a pyrethrum extract and a fructus cnidii extract. Green plant source components with Chinese herbal medicines as raw materials are adopted for common pest control, and the result shows that the repelling and killing effects of pests such as Psyllidae, red spiders, aphids, Phyllocnistis citrella, Icerya purchasi, phyllocoptruta oleivora and cabbage caterpillars are obvious and can reach 90% or above. The structures of the raw materials and the composition are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the like, and the result shows that the Chinese herbal medicine composition contains characteristic peaks of effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials, and integrates excellent performance of the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine; and the composition can be used for repelling and preventing common citrus diseases and insect pests such as Psyllidae, red spiders, aphids, Phyllocnistis citrella, Icerya purchasi, phyllocoptruta oleivora and cabbage caterpillars.

The invention relates to an insecticide composition containing 1-(3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl)-2-hexamethyl ethyl ketoxime-O-(2-methyl biphenyl) ether and spirotetramat. The composition is prepared by dually formulating effective ingredients of 1-(3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl)-2-hexamethyl ethyl ketoxime-O-(2-methyl biphenyl) ether and spirotetramat, wherein the mass ratio of the 1-(3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl)-2-hexamethyl ethyl ketoxime-O-(2-methyl biphenyl) ether to the spirotetramat is (24-42): (20-2), the total mass of the 1-(3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl)-2-hexamethyl ethyl ketoxime-O-(2-methyl biphenyl) ether and the spirotetramat in the preparation accounts for 1%-8% of the whole preparation mass, and the composition also comprises auxiliary components which are allowable and acceptable in pesticides. The insecticide composition can be produced into forms of cream, suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water and microemulsion. The insecticide composition is mainly used for preventing various piercing-sucking mouthpart pests such as aphids, thrips, phylloxeraes, mealybugs, aleyrodidae, scale insects, tea tree pests such as euproctis pseudoconspersa strand, empoasca pirisuga matumura and tea geometrid, phyllocnistis citrella stainton and vegetable-crop pests such as pierisrapaeLinne.
