The application discloses a tubular
electrolytic cell integrated with gas-liquid separation function and an
electrolysis method, and relates to the technical field of
electrolysis, in particular to the technical field of tubular
electrolytic cell integrated with gas-liquid separation function. The tubular
electrolytic cell integrated with gas-liquid separation function comprises a shell, a plurality of integrated membrane
electrode tubes arranged in the shell, an upper tube plate arranged at one end of the shell, an upper head arranged at the other end of the shell, a lower tube plate arranged at one end of the shell and a lower head arranged at the other end of the shell. The integrated membrane
electrode tube comprises a tubular diaphragm, an inner
electrode and an outer electrode arranged on the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular diaphragm respectively. The inner and outer parts of the inner electrode are a tube channel and a shell channel respectively. The lower tube plate and the lower head form a liquid inlet cavity, and the upper tube plate and the upper head form a gas-liquid separation cavity. The two ends of the integrated membrane electrode tube are fixed on the upper tube plate and the lower tube plate. The tube channel is communicated with the liquid inlet cavity and the gas-liquid separation cavity. The device integrates
electrolyte distribution,
electrolysis reaction, gas-liquid mixture collection and preliminary gas-liquid separation in a single equipment, is highly integrated, realizes in-situ separation of the tube channel gas-liquid mixture, reduces
energy consumption, and reduces the load of the rear-end purification device.
