The invention relates to a method for inhibiting the
decomposition of
sodium gluconate in a
naphthalene-based high-efficiency water-
reducer for large and medium-sized
hydropower projects. The
naphthalene-based high-efficiency water-
reducer solution includes three components: A, B, and C, each of which is as follows: Component A is inorganic base or strong base and weak
acid salt or a combination thereof, component B is
naphthalene-based high-efficiency
water reducer powder, C is water for concrete mixing, and the pH value of the naphthalene-based high-efficiency water-
reducer solution is 8.0-12.0. The invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, low
raw material price, simple addition method, almost no increase in the production cost of the water
reducing agent and the operation cost of the mixing
system, good economy, strong practicability and high
operability. The added inorganic base and strong base and weak
acid salt compound are non-toxic and harmless, and the single dosage is relatively low. While prolonging the
setting time of concrete and improving the workability of the mixture, it will not affect the
corrosion of concrete reinforcement,
frost resistance, impermeability, etc. Durability has harmful effects, and it has broad application prospects in large and medium-sized
hydropower projects.
