The invention discloses a transparent cylindrical undersea
coral cultivation device and method, and is used for transplanted
coral seabed cultivation. A sealing frame on the top of the device is provided with a cylinder top cover plate with holes, and multiple mounting holes with uniform distribution and same size are formed in the side wall of a cylinder. A transplanted
coral adhesion medium is in a transverse cylinder shape, and the
tail of the transplanted coral adhesion medium is provided with a press-in type fastening nail, thereby achieving efficient and
stable fixation with the mounting holes. The bottom of the device is provided with a vertical pressure-bearing
pile. The cylinder structure of the device has the stress characteristic of the arch structure, the
bending moment is smaller in the marine complex power condition, and overturning does not occur easily. The device innovatively adopts a coral
transplanting technology in the cylinder, which not only can
resist strong wind and
waves and other harsh conditions, but also can effectively avoid the
threat of
natural enemies. The device can be integrally prefabricated by adopting a transparent PC material, the illumination is utilized to the maximum extent to promote the
photosynthesis of coral phycobiont and improve the growth capacity of the transplanted corals, the
underwater buoyant weight is smaller, and the
workload of the arrangement and placement by a diver is reduced.
