A chinlon 6 dry slice and a dacron dry slice are input to twodifferent spinning screw extruders to heat, melt, mix, meter and filter and then enter two different spinning boxes, two metering pumps and two spinning components to form a melt body; then the melt body is extruded from two spinneret plate micropores, and cooled and cured to be two wires through a cooling device; through nozzle oiling, pre-networking, stretching and thermal shaping, the chinlon 6beam wires and Dacron beam wire can be formed and then input to a crossing compounding device to compound, roll and shape at super-high speed, thus the product is acquired. The dual-component crossing composite fiber has good wet absorption and air breathability, anti-wrinkle performance; the fiber is applicable to high-grade fabrics and cloth fabric, and is featured by short technical flow, lowproduction cost, multifunctional, high in addition value, and obvious in performance cost, and others.
