coating device and an
assembly line using the cultured stone die cavity coloring and
coating device. The device comprises an isolationcover, a cultured stone die, a rack, a
coring nozzle, a
coating nozzle, a
dust collector and a dust collecting
pipe. The cultured stone die is arranged below the rack, a cavity with an upward openingis formed in the cultured stone die, and the isolation cover is arranged above the cultured stone die in the rack. A cover cavity is formed in the lower end of the isolation cover, a lifting air cylinder driving the isolation cover to act downwards or upwards is arranged on the rack. A dust collecting connecting
pipe is arranged at the upper end of the isolation cover, and a dust collection opening of the
dust collector is connected with the upper end of the dust collecting connecting
pipe through the dust collecting pipe. The coloring
nozzle and the coating nozzle are arranged in the cover cavity. The cultured stone die is covered with the isolation cover, the coloring nozzle is used for coloring, after the coating nozzle is used for coloring, the
dust collector can be started for sucking
pigment dust in a dust removing space for
slurry spraying of the surface of the cavity, coloring and
slurry spraying intervals, and therefore the coloring effect is ensured, and the
slurry sprayingeffect achieved during rear channel slurry spraying is ensured.
