The invention belongs to the technical field of ore pulp flotation, and particularly relates to a non-
ferrous metal mine flotation process. The process includes the following steps that a plurality ofhollow ice balls are taken, and an electric 
drill is used for uniformly drilling a plurality of cylinder holes in the wall thickness direction of the hollow ice balls; a plurality of 
calcium oxide cylinder rods are inserted into the cylinder holes of the plurality of hollow ice balls, and 
calcium oxide is used for accelerating melting of the hollow ice balls; inner cavities of the plurality of hollow ice balls are filled with Arabic gum 
powder, and openings of the hollow ice balls are closed by ice blocks; the plurality of hollow ice balls are thrown into a 
machine body of a non-
ferrous metalmine flotation device, a proper number of 
sodium carbonate saline solution is thrown into ore pulp in the 
machine body, and the 
sodium carbonate saline solution is used for reacting with the Arabic gum 
powder to generate lots of bubbles; and a motor on the 
machine body is started, and the ore pulp and the 
sodium carbonate saline solution are stirred. Due to the non-
ferrous metal mine flotation process, the lots of bubbles can be generated due to the fact that the Arabic gum 
powder reacts with the 
sodium carbonate saline solution, generation of the bubbles is accelerated due to heat generatedwhen 
calcium oxide reacts with water, and the flotation quality of the ore pulp is improved.
