The invention discloses a preparing method for a high-solar-energy-absorption-rate and high-emissivity black matt film on the surface of a titanium alloy, and relates to a preparing method for a ceramic film on the surface of the titanium alloy. The preparing method aims at solving the problems of the low solar energy absorption rate, the low emissivity and the low film and base-body binding force of an existing coating on the surface of the titanium alloy. The preparing method includes the steps of 1, carrying out titanium alloy pre-processing; and 2, carrying out micro-arc oxidation, and obtaining the high-solar-energy-absorption-rate and high-emissivity black matt film on the surface of the titanium alloy.
