The invention relates to a composite volume pulse wave signal collecting and processing fingerstall which comprises a first unit and a second unit capable of being communicated with the first unit. The first unit comprises an upper shell, a control circuit unit, a sliding base and a spring contact. The second unit comprises a spring wafer, a base, a silica gel strip, a sensor and non-woven fabric. The control circuit unit is arranged in the upper shell, and first sliding rails are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the periphery of the sliding base. Second sliding grooves are formed in the inner sides of the two side faces of the base, and the silica gel strip is fixed to the finger through the non-woven fabric.
