The welding workbench is located right over the bearing base; the guiding sliderails are connected with the upper end face of the welding workbench and are distributed in parallel on the upper end face of the welding workbench; the positioning clamps and the welding mechanism are in sliding connection with the guiding slide rails through the walking driving mechanism; at least two positioning clamps are provided; the positioning clamps are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the welding mechanism and are coaxially distributed with the welding mechanism; and the control system is connected with the bearing base. The using method comprises two steps of equipment assembling and fusion welding operation.
