The method comprises: constructing an continental aerosol type lookup table and an urban aerosol type lookup table respectively by utilizing a vector 6S radiation transmission model; meanwhile, obtaining different combinations of aerosol component proportions under the background of the continental aerosol and the urban aerosol by utilizing an orthogonal test method; constructing a component lookup table on the basis of the PARASOL multi-angle polarization data, then selecting the preprocessed PARASOL multi-angle polarization data as inversion data, determining an aerosol type closest to each pixel through an aerosol type lookup table, and obtaining a first inversion result; and selecting a corresponding component lookup table according to the aerosol type of each pixel determined in the first inversion to determine the AOD and the component proportion of eachpixel, and obtaining a second inversion result. According to the method, a default aerosol type in a radiation transmission model is replaced by secondary inversion, so that inversion errors caused byaerosol model selection are effectively reduced, and the inversion precision of the aerosol optical thickness is improved.
