Typical low-digestible sweeteners include mannitol, maltitol, sorbitol, lactitol, erythritol, xylitol, isomalt, glycerin, talitol, mannose, tagatose, fructose, arabinose, fucose, lycose, ribose, sorbose, talose, and xylose, and mixtures thereof. The low-digestible sweetener replaces the digestible sugars to provide the appropriate freezing point depression of the product.
