The invention discloses a miniaturized Ku-band ODU (Out-Door Unit) module, which includes a transmitting channel module and a receiving channel module. The transmitting channel module includes a firstbox which is divided into a first upper cavity body and a first lower cavity body separated from each other. The first upper cavity body is internally provided with a first intermediate frequency cavity, a first radio frequency cavity, a first power cavity and a first cavity filter. The first lower cavity body is internally provided with a first local oscillation circuit which is connected to thefirst radio frequency cavity through a first insulator and a first hole-containing micro-strip line. The receiving channel module includes a second box which is divided into a second upper cavity body and a second lower cavity body separated from each other. The second upper cavity body is internally provided with a second cavity filter, a second radio frequency cavity, a second intermediate frequency cavity and a second power cavity. The second lower cavity body is internally provided with a second local oscillation circuit which is connected to the second radio frequency cavity through a second insulator and a second hole-containing micro-strip line. The ODU module has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, stability, reliability and applicability to a wide frequency bandrange.
