The invention provides a method for controlling biological slime of a clean circulating water
system through a physicochemical-superconduction high gradient
magnetic separation (HGMS) coupled process, and belongs to the technical field of
water treatment. The method comprises the steps: firstly, an inorganic efficient composite flocculant is added into circulating water, thus zoogloeae in the circulating water are demulsified from
hydrosol together with fine micro-nano particles to form
alum floc, and a
flocculation effect is generated; and then the water after
flocculation passes through thesuperconduction HGMS
system, the
magnetic field intensity and the flow rate are controlled, a strong magnetic
flocculation effect is generated to enable flocs to grow quickly, thus the zoogloeae in the circulating water wrap the micro-nano-scale particles to be quickly separated and removed from the water, meanwhile the functions of sterilization and
algae killing are achieved, and the purpose ofdeeply purifying the
water quality is achieved. According to the method, breeding and adhesion of the biological slime on the surfaces of cooling equipment and a pipeline can be avoided from the source, thus the situation that scale is generated, and consequently the heat exchange effect is influenced can be avoided, and meanwhile generation of the scale and subscale
corrosion is effectively avoided, and normal operation of production is guaranteed; and the
water quality is stabilized, the concentration multiple is increased, and
water conservation and
energy conservation are achieved.
