The invention relates to a braking device, in particular to an air pump braking resilience device with ABS function, belonging to the technical field of transport tools. The braking device is arranged at the rim space position of an automobile; the energy when in braking is recovered and stored by adopting an air pump resilience mode; the energy in braking is converted into high-pressure gas energy by an air pump for recycle and storage; when the automobile is started, the recovered and compressed air energy is controlled to drive the air pump to rotate so as to release the energy renewedly and drive the automobile to move forward; and an electronic control device of the braking device is connected into an ABS control panel, thus being capable of preventing wheels from locking according to the rotating speed signal. The braking device has compact and convenient structure, lower cost and easy implementation and can fully utilize the energy generated by braking.
