The invention discloses a microcapsule pesticide compounding sucrose ester with abamectin and a preparation method of the microcapsule pesticide. The microcapsule pesticide comprises the following components by weight percentage accounting for the total weight of raw materials: sucrose ester accounting for 1 to 35 percent, abamectin accounting for 0.5 to 3 percent, dispersing agents accounting for 1 to 8 percent, solvent accounting for 1 to 6 percent, wall material accounting for 2 to 20 percent, and water accounting for 40 to 88 percent. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: sucrose ester is added in aqueous solution of the dispersing agents according to prescription; a continuous phase is obtained after sucrose ester and aqueous solution of the dispersing agents are mixed uniformly; abamectin is completely dissolved in toluene to obtain an organic phase; the organic phase is added in the continuous phase, and mixed liquor is heated to reach the temperature ranging from 45 to 50 DEG C; wall material is added under constant temperature; and in addition, stirring operation is carried out for 25 to 30 minutes at the rotational speed ranging from 500 to 1000 r/min after an interfacial polymerization reaction is performed so as to obtain the microcapsule pesticide compounding sucrose ester with abamectin. The microcapsule pesticide achieves an excellent control effect on bemisia tabaci and aphides, and pests are difficult to be drug-resistant; and in addition, the preparation technology is simpler, the manufacturing cost is lower, and the microcapsule pesticide is suitable for being popularized and applied in large area.
