The invention discloses a hierarchical
yarn transmission and counterweight balance
textile processing device. The
textile processing device structurally comprises a
lead frame, a lead
barrel, a bottomframe, a
yarn transmission frame, a connecting seat, a
processing seat, a support column and a weaving frame. The
lead frame is fixed under the surface of the bottom frame through a hinge, and the lead
barrel is installed in front of the
lead frame and fixed to the bottom of the bottom frame by rivets. The
textile processing device can output two kinds of yarns on the same rotating shaft. Under forward and reverse output of a power
machine, embroidering of clothes and weaving of the clothes can be achieved simultaneously by means of alternative outputting of a weaving
barrel and an embroidering barrel, the switching is flexible, internal assemblies are not obstructed, and the uniformity is high. By means of matching of a
ratchet wheel and a connecting column, multilevel output of the samemotor can be achieved. An outer rotating column is provided with a counterweight ring, and the inside is provided with an
air cushion, so that the gravity between two ends can be balanced, the eccentricity is avoided when the weaving barrel rotates, and a weaving
yarn is output straightly and quickly.
