The invention provides a PaaS (Platform as a Service) full-soft data equipment simulation method which comprises the following steps: S1, analyzing simulation requirements, calculating the number of virtual data equipment and determining a variable corresponding to each equipment; S2, constructing virtual data equipment; S3, enabling the cloud client call a virtual equipment simulation plug-in togenerate an equipment instance, and establishes an object symbol table; S4, dividing the virtual data equipment into a plurality of threads; S5, connecting virtual data equipment by using the virtualcommunication link and the equipment agent to form a virtual test system; S6, performing a virtual test according to default logic or modifying variables of the virtual device in the object symbol table to perform the virtual test; and S7, sending the test data to a data residence layer, and sequentially storing the test data into a Redis database from the residence layer. According to the method,full software design is adopted, self-assignment testing can be achieved, system stability is high, cost is low, and flexibility is good.
