In order to strengthen heat exchange, the counter-flow-type sleeve heat changer is adopted in the efficient pressure-control low-temperature storage tank. After heat exchange, small parts offluids in a throttling loop absorb heat to become saturated or overheat gas, and the saturated or overheat gas is divided into two paths after being discharged out of the tank body; and one path of the saturated or overheat gas is throttled by the gas throttling valve to be depressurized and cooled, the other path of the saturated or overheat gas directly enters the ejector, the low-temperature and low-pressure gas is ejected by the high-pressure gas entering the ejector, and the high-pressure gas and the low-temperature and low-pressure gas enter the cooling coiled tube after being mixed. Byadopting the ejector, power devices such as a sucking pump and an exhaust pump are omitted, and the ejector is not provided with a motion part, and thus the service life can be prolonged greatly. Theejected and mixed gas forms a layer of cold shield in the cooling coiled tube, so that external heat leakage is reduced.
