distillation, absorption, cleaning, and liquid drainage, the F and Cl in the mineral product escape in the form of acid vapor in a strong acid environment, and are driven by the
water vapor carrier gas to combine with the
complex matrix. The solution is separated and enters the absorption
bottle, which is absorbed by low-concentration lye in the form of salt. The concentration of
halogen elements is detected by
ion chromatography, and the device can be cleaned automatically through the connection of water and steam pipelines. During the detection process, the heating is always continuous, the temperature of the
pipe fittings and
distilled water inside the device is basically stable, no repeated heating is required, and the automatic cleaning does not require repeated
