The diagnosis and improvement method mainly comprises the following steps that abnormal sound sources are analyzed, and through simulating calculation and spectral analysis, a sound source part is determined preliminarily; then a final sound source part is determined by adopting an acoustic camera imaging technology; then sound source noise analysis is performed, specifically, noise time domain and frequencydomain analysis, sound filter analysis and sound quality analysis are involved; a rotor shaft vibration frequency response test is performed on air conditioning compressors of the blade electric vehicle and a competitive vehicle model, and a structure which generates the noise of the blade electric vehicle is determined; then, a rotor shaft starting control strategy of the air conditioning compressor of the blade electric vehicle is adjusted, and rotor shaft positioning starting is changed to rotor shaft non-positioning starting; and finally, improvement is performed in two aspects of the structure design and the manufacturing machining technology of the air conditioning compressor of the blade electric vehicle. According to the diagnosis and improvement method, the abnormal noise of theair conditioning compressor can be effectively detected and lowered.

Ceiling type ventilation fan

The invention discloses a ceiling type ventilation fan. The ceiling type ventilation fan comprises an air ventilating structure. The air ventilating structure comprises a multi-vane impeller, a snail shell, an impeller drive motor and a motor installation frame. The snail shell comprises a shell body, an air inlet and an air outlet. The multi-vane impeller is arranged inside the shell body in the vertical direction. The motor installation frame is arranged above the multi-vane impeller and is separated from the multi-vane impeller. The bottom middle area, away from the direction of the multi-vane impeller, of the shell body protrudes and forms a first concave portion. The air inlet is formed in the bottom of the first concave portion, and the air inlet and the first concave portion form a first annular boss-shaped structure. The lower end of the multi-vane impeller extends into the first annular boss-shaped structure, is opposite to the air inlet, and is further isolated from the inner wall of the first concave portion and the air inlet. Under the conditions that the ventilation fan is communicated with a long outdoor pipeline or the external wind pressure is large, the multi-vane impeller can be prevented from touching the motor installation frame or the snail shell, and when the multi-vane impeller of the same performance is adopted, air reverse flow and abnormal sounds are reduced.

The check valve (1) comprises a casing body (10), a sub casing (20), the positive pressure valve (30), and the negative pressure valve (50). The positive pressure valve (30) comprises a through hole (39) and a negative pressure valve seat (36a), and the negative pressure valve (50) comprises a leg section (53). A cap (60) is disposed in the positive pressure valve (30). A positive pressure spring (S1) is disposed between the positive pressure valve (30) and the sub-casing (20), and a negative pressure valve (S2) is disposed between the positive pressure valve (30) and the cap (60). A positive pressure flow passage (R1) allowing fuel vapor to flow out is formed between the outer periphery of the positive pressure valve and the inner periphery of the casing body. The positive pressure flow passage is disposed further on the outer side than the positive pressure spring (S1). A negative pressure flow passage (R2) allowing the outside air to flow in is formed between the inner periphery of the positive pressure valve and the outer peripheries of the leg section and the cap and between the through hole and the leg section. The negative pressure flow passage is disposed further on the outer side than the negative pressure spring (S2).
