The invention relates to a method for destructing
ozone tail gas in
wastewater treatment, and belongs to the technical field of
wastewater treatment. The method comprises the steps that the
ozone tailgas is dried through a gas-liquid
separation system and a temperature-control reaction device and then the dried
ozone is introduced into an ozone
tail gas destructor to be treated so as to obtain gas A; then the gas A is sucked into a
spray tower of a deodorization
system through a fan; and then the gas A is discharged at high altitude through a
chimney with the height of 30m. According to the method, the gas-liquid
separation system and the temperature-control reaction device are additionally arranged in front of the ozone
tail gas destructor, the gas is effectively dehumidified and dried,and therefore the time when a catalyst in the destructor is affected with damp and loses
efficacy is slowed down, the effective use time of the catalyst is prolonged, the use efficiency of the catalyst is improved, and the replacement frequency of the catalyst is lowered; and the outlet gas of the ozone tail gas destructor is mixed with
odor VOC through the fan, the outlet gas and the
odor VOC together enter the
spray tower, residual ozone and
odor are subjected to
redox reaction, so that the odor
treatment effect is improved, meanwhile, the concentration of the ozone in the gas is further degraded, finally, all the gases are discharged at high altitude through the
chimney with the height of 30m, and therefore the concentration of the ozone can be enabled to be 0.01mg / L or less.
