The invention provides a paddy field herbicide composition which comprises the following active ingredients: mesotrione A, a cyclic imide herbicide B and a paddy field herbicide C, wherein the cyclic imide herbicide B is selected from oxadiazon, oxadiargyl or pentoxaxone, and the paddy field herbicide C is selected from bensulfuron methyl, halosulfuron methyl, pyriftalid, pretilachlor, butachlor, mefenacet, penoxsulam, prometryn or simetryn. The paddy field herbicide composition is used for preventing and controlling annual and perennial weeds in paddy fields. The composition has an obvious synergistic or additive effect for controlling weeds in the paddy fields in a certain matching range, and the effect of preventing and controlling annual weeds in the paddy fields is obviously better than that of each single dose. The weed removing spectrum is expanded, the dosage is reduced, the herbicide cost is reduced, and the adverse effect of pesticides on the ecological environment is reduced.
