The invention discloses an antiskid and abrasion-resistant inkjet-printed
coating, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 70 percent of waterborne acrylic
emulsion (with
solid content of 50 percent), 8 to 14 percent of waterborne PU
emulsion (with
solid content of 50 percent), 2 to 5 percent of gaseous
silicon powder, 5 to 8 percent of glass microspheres, 1 to 3 percent of a dispersing agent, 1 to 2 percent of an
antistatic agent sn, 2 to 5 percent of a color fixing agent, 1.5 to 2 percent of
titanium dioxide, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of a brightening agent, 0.03 to 0.06 percent of a flatting agent, 0.03 to 0.06 percent of an antifoaming agent 612nc and the balance of pure water. The antiskid and abrasion-resistant inkjet-printed
coating has the beneficial effects that (1) the antiskid and abrasion-resistant inkjet-printed
coating is high in friction resistance, antiskid and adaptable to a more humid environment, and a picture can be prevented from the influence of friction for a long time; (2) the antiskid and abrasion-resistant inkjet-printed coating has a certain reflecting effect under the
irradiation of side strong light, so that the attraction of the picture is enhanced; (3) the antiskid and abrasion-resistant inkjet-printed coating is ultrahigh in abrasion resistance, resistant to
impact, nondeformable, environment-friendly and wide in application range, and is applied to the coating of various substrates.
