This invention discloses a biochemical treatment device and method for producing water from high-
salinity gas fields via MVR
distillation. The device includes a base, a biochemical tank at the top of the base, a support frame on the side of the base, and a collection mechanism below the support frame that automatically detects and collects excess
sludge. A sealing mechanism is installed on the side wall of the biochemical tank, and a filter plate is installed inside the tank. This invention, through the configuration of a
drive motor, an electric telescopic rod, a fan-shaped collection chamber, a first trapezoidal block, a contact rod, a reciprocating switch, and a second trapezoidal block, achieves automatic cleaning when the
sludge reaches half the capacity of the biochemical tank, preventing a reduction in tank volume from affecting biochemical treatment efficiency. Furthermore, the adjustment mechanism gradually increases
aeration as
aerobic bacteria multiply, ensuring sufficient
oxygen for
nitrification and maintaining the
wastewater treatment efficiency of the biochemical tank. This adaptive adjustment requires no manual intervention and is convenient and quick.
