roller bearing is arranged on the side, close to the middle small gear, in the right transmission shaft seat, a first NJ type cylindrical
roller bearing is arranged on the side, close to the middle small gear, in the right transmission shaft seat, and a second NU type cylindrical roller bearing is arranged on the side, away from the middle small gear, in the right transmission shaft seat. The
diameter of the first NJ type cylindrical roller bearing and the
diameter of the second NU type cylindrical roller bearing are smaller than the
diameter of the self-aligning roller bearing and the diameter of the first NU type cylindrical roller bearing, the outer diameter of the middle
pinion is smaller than the outer diameter of the left transmission shaft seat, and the two ends of the transmission shaft are fixedly connected with a
clutch and a
brake respectively. The split type
clutch brake is adopted, the heat dissipation effect is good, meanwhile, the
bearing capacity can be effectively improved, and installation and maintenance are convenient.
