The invention relates to a
tuned mass damper. A lamination support component is fixedly arranged at the inner bottom of a
steel cylinder; a
mass block component is fixedly arranged at the top of the lamination support component; the upper part of the
mass block component is connected with the inner wall of the
steel cylinder through a spring; the elastic lamination support component is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the sealed
steel cylinder to serve as a frequency generating mechanism; the
mass block component is fixedly connected to the top of the lamination support component to serve as a shock-damping mass block. A clearance between the lamination support component and the mass block component is fully filled with energy-consuming liquid to generated damp, so that the operation mechanism and the aim of the
tuned mass damper can be realized , the change of the natural vibration frequency of the
tuned mass damper can be realized by changing the heights, the areas and the numbers of
steel plates and rubber
layers, the change of the vibration mass of the tuned mass
damper can be realized by changing the numbers, the thicknesses and the areas of the mass plates, and the change of
damping ratio can be realized by changing the viscidity of the energy-consuming liquid.
