fluidization bins of a multi-bin
fluidized bed reactor, and the method can achieve approximately complete inhibition of particle backmixing between the adjacent bins. The multi-chamber
fluidized bed reactor comprises an air inlet (1), an
air chamber (2), a distribution plate (3),
fluidization chambers (4), a feed port (5), an expansion section (6), an air outlet (7), a pipeline (8), n vertical baffles (9) and a
discharge port (10), wherein the pipeline (8) and the vertical baffle (9) jointly form an internal component for inhibiting back mixing of particles. The n vertical baffles (9) divide the
fluidized bed reactor into n + 1
fluidization chambers, the air inlet (1) is connected to the
air chamber (2), the air outlet (7) is located at the top of the fluidized
bed, the feeding port (5) is connected to the upper portion of the leftmost fluidization chamber, and the discharging port (10) is connected to the middle of the rightmost fluidization chamber.
