storage tank and a fire extinguishing
control system thereof. The fire extinguishing
control system of the LNG low-temperature
storage tank comprises a sensing unit, a fire extinguishing device and a
control unit, wherein the sensing unit is provided with multiple sets of sensing elements corresponding to vent ports in a one-to-one manner; each sensing element comprises a
flame detector for sensing the
flame of the corresponding vent port and a temperature
detector for sensing the temperature of the corresponding vent port; the fire extinguishing device comprises a device body for providing fire extinguishing agents and a technical
pipe network for conveying the fire extinguishing agents; the technical
pipe network is provided with branches corresponding to the vent ports respectively; and each
branch is provided with at least one control valve for switchover of the
branch on-off state and a set of nozzles for spraying the fire extinguishing agents. According to the fire extinguishing
control system of the LNG low-temperature
storage tank, safety emission of the multiple vent ports of the single LNG low-temperature storage tank can be achieved through one fire extinguishing device, and the potential safety
hazard that an external fire source ignites exhausted
BOG at the vent ports is avoided accordingly.
