The invention belongs to the technical field of ballastless track construction and especially relates to a thixotropic agent for concrete of a bed-plate at the curve superelevation section of a ballastless track. In allusion to the problem that drainage slope and curve superelevation are not easy to control during pouring of concrete of a bed-plate at the curve superelevation section, a thixotropic agent for improving shape retaining ability of fresh concrete is invented. The thixotropic agent comprises the following ingredients (by weight): 0.5-4 parts of attapulgite, 0.5-5 parts of meerschaum, 0.02-0.38 part of fumed silica, 2-30 parts of silica fume, 0.06-0.5 part of triterpenoid saponin, 0.03-0.5 part of cellulose ether and 0-2.5 parts of fiber. By the use of the thixotropic agent, static morphological stability of fresh concrete can be greatly promoted, and slope fixing forming can be realized after pouring. Meanwhile, dynamic deformation energy is not increased, and concrete has good rheological performance during constructions of pumping, pouring, vibrating and the like and is convenient for construction. The product of the invention is of great significance for ensuring construction quality control of drainage slope and curve superelevation of the ballastless track bed-plate.

A hollow conical metal electrode open at the top end and the bottom end is used facing a rod-shaped metal electrode, and an electrically insulated fluid outflow channel is formed facing the hollow conical metal electrode, with the hollow conical metal electrode and rod-shaped metal electrode sharing a central axis, so that the two electrodes are disposed coaxially, and the rod-shaped metal electrode is disposed from the inner portion of the hollow conical metal electrode to the inner portion of the fluid outflow channel, and a portion of the rod-shaped metal electrode, positioned at the interface of at least the inner portion of the hollow conical metal electrode and the fluid outflow channel, serves as an exposed metal part, with this exposed metal part being caused to face the inner surface of the hollow conical metal electrode, and when an electric field is applied across the hollow conical metal electrode and the rod-shaped metal electrode, there is introduced a fluid wherein are formed dissociated ions, and high voltage direct current is applied across the hollow conical metal electrode and the rod-shaped metal electrode.

Pumping mechanism, distributing valve thereof and concrete pumping machine

A pumping mechanism and the distributing valve thereof and a concrete pumping machine are disclosed. The distributing valve includes a valve casing (100) and a valve core (200) located in the pumping chamber of the valve casing. The valve core is rotatably connected to the valve casing, thus forming a main rotating axis (O). The valve casing has a discharge hole (103) throughout the casing wall, a first suction hole (101) and a second suction hole (102). The valve core has a distributing port (202) and a feed port (201) communicated with a material container. A pumping channel is formed between the peripheral face of the valve core and the inner wall face of the pumping chamber. The peripheral face of the valve core is provided with two cutting plates (210) protruding from two sides of the distributing port respectively. The outer side faces of the two cutting plates are rotatably sealedly matched with the sealing face of the valve casing. In a first state, the distributing port is communicated with the first suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. In a second state, the distributing port is communicated with the second suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. The distributing valve has a smaller matching area for cutting so as to ensure better sealing performance whilst have higher driving performance.
