antioxidant enzyme activity and the like. The rhizobium strain provided by the invention has efficient nodulation and
nitrogen fixation capability and excellent
growth promoting characteristic, obviously improves the
growth speed, nodulation capability and
nitrogen fixation efficiency of the
indigofera pseudotinctoria, reduces the dependence on chemical
nitrogen fertilizer, and has a broad application prospect in development of special biological bacterial
fertilizer for
indigofera pseudotinctoria. The method has important ecological and
economic benefits for promoting the application of the
indigofera pseudotinctoria in ecological restoration and feed production, and is suitable for slope
