The present invention relates to a rotary device in which a drill for soil earthwork is rotatably mounted, wherein the drill comprises: a shaft part; a screw, formed along the outer circumferential surface of the shaft part, for earthwork and the transportation of soil generated by the earthwork; a rotary shaft, formed on the upper part of the shaft part; a connection socket, formed on the rotary shaft, for adjusting the length; and a fixed shaft part, formed on the lower part of the shaft part, for being inserted and rotated into the soil for earthwork. More specifically, the present invention relates to a portable power rotary device provided with a drill having earthwork and cut-off functions, wherein a pair of horizontal blades face each other on the connection part between the shaft part and the fixed shaft part; screws, formed in every other layer, are symmetrically and integrally connected to each other on the pair of horizontal blades, for transferring soil upwardly; cutting blades, which are symmetrical with each other, are inclined downwardly and integrally formed on the pair of horizontal blades; a plurality of vertical blades, formed to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance, protrude vertically on the upper portion of the lower wing of the screw; and when performing earthwork, soil and tree roots are cut by the cutting blades, and soil lumps, transferred along the screw, are cut again by the vertical blades.

Antimicrobial amino acid sequences derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone

The presence of the ancient anti-inflammatory peptide α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH [1-13], SYSMEHFRWGKPV) in barrier organs such as gut and skin suggests a role in the nonspecific (innate) host defense system. α-MSH and other amino acid sequences derived from α-MSH were determined to have antimicrobial influences, including against two major and representative cutaneous and mucosal pathogens: Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. C-MSH peptides had antimicrobial effects against S. aureus and significantly reversed the enhancing effect of urokinase on S. aureus colony formation. α-MSH and other amino acid sequences reduced C. albicans viability and germination. α-MSH peptides also enhanced C. albicans killing by human neutrophils. The antimicrobial agent is selected from the group consisting of one or more peptides including the amino acid sequence KPV, one or more peptides including the amino acid sequence MEHFRWG, or a biologically functional equivalent of any of the foregoing. The most effective of the peptides were those bearing the C-terminal amino acid sequence of α-MSH, i.e., α-MSH (1-13), (6-13), and (11-13). The α-MSH “core” sequence (4-10), important for melanotropic effects, was also effective but significantly less potent. Antimicrobial influences of α-MSH peptides could be mediated by their well-known capacity to increase cellular cAMP; this messenger was significantly augmented in peptide-treated yeast. α-MSH has potent anti-inflammatory effects and is expected to be useful for treatment of inflammation in human and veterinary disorders. Reduced killing of pathogens is a detrimental consequence of therapy with corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs during infection. Therefore, anti-inflammatory agents based on α-MSH peptides that do not reduce microbial killing, but rather enhance it, would be very useful. The antimicrobial effects of these α-MSH peptides occurred over a broad range of concentrations including the physiological (picomolar) range.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing frozen tea leaves with hot water to prepare first tea leaf liquid; washing dried polished glutinous rice; immersing the washed polished glutinous rice into the first tea leaf liquid until the color of the polished glutinous rice is light yellow green; cooking the immersed polished glutinous rice to obtained cooked polished glutinous rice; spreading the cooked polished glutinous rice and cooling to room temperature; grinding distiller's yeast into powder and uniformly mixing the powder with the cooled cooked polished glutinous rice; filling a mixture into a fermentation container and covering a gauze; fermenting until fermented glutinous rice liquid is formed; controlling temperature of the cooked polished glutinous rice to be 18 DEG C to 22 DEG C in a fermentation process, wherein the adding amount of the distiller's yeast is 1.8 percent to 2.2 percent of the mass of the dried polished glutinous rice; brewing the frozen tea leaves with boiled pure water to prepare second tea leaf liquid; blending the second tea leaf liquid into the cooked polished glutinous rice in the fermentation container and fermenting again until the cooked polished glutinous rice is changed into vinasse and is floated on wine; extracting the wine. The polished glutinous rice tea wine prepared by the preparation method has the characteristics of rich tea leaf aroma and high tea polyphenol content.
