The invention discloses a car brake pad doped with aloe fiber powder. The car brake pad comprises, by weight, 10 parts to 30 parts of dewaxing aloe fiber powder, 6 parts to 12 parts of cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, 6 parts to 12 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber powder, 13 parts to 25 parts of conditioning agents and 30 parts to 60 parts of filling agents. According to the invention, the aloe fiber powder is used as a reinforcing material and can be well bonded with phenolic resin and padding; aloe fibers can be directly carbonized at the temperature of about 300 DEG C, and an internal structure of friction materials cannot be damaged, so that friction performance is kept stable, and the performance of braking can be greatly improved. When friction heating reaches a certain degree, substances formed by decomposing friction material surfaces can form a layer of even and tough carbonized membrane which is not prone to falling off, so that relative stability of friction coefficients can be ensured to the greatest extent, and meanwhile, heat fading temperature of the materials can be improved to a certain degree.
