32 results about "Heterogeneous condition" patented technology

Heterogeneous medical condition or heterogeneous disease in medicine are those medical conditions which have several etiologies, like hepatitis or diabetes. Medical conditions are normally defined pathologically (liver inflammation) or clinically (excessive urination) and not etiologically, and therefore it is normal to have more than one cause for them. The word is used as an opposition to homogeneous, meaning that given a group of patients, the disease is the same for all of them.

Calculation method of alpha radiopharmaceutical microdosimetry parameter and statistical error thereof under microscopic heterogeneity condition

The invention provides a method for calculating micro-dosimetry parameters and statistical errors thereof in alpha radiopharmaceutical radiation biological effect prediction under a microscopic heterogeneity condition. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a stylized cell community model with microstructure heterogeneity, and describing heterogeneity spatial distribution of alpha radiopharmaceutical source items; (2) using a Monte Carlo method to simulate energy deposition information generated by each region source item to a cell nucleus target region; (3) calculating key micro-dosimetry parameters and statistical errors of the cell nucleus and the intranuclear radiation sensitive domain under the complex source item based on a micro-dosimetry principle and a probability method; and (4) predicting the survival score in the cell community based on the microdosimetry radiobiologic effect model, and performing error control and relative biological efficiency calculation. The method is used in the field of alpha radiopharmaceutical dose evaluation, can realize composite analysis and error control of micro-dosimetry parameters in a more real scene model, and provides technical support for research, development and conversion of alpha radiopharmaceuticals.
