According to the full-automatic whole blood collection and separation system provided by the invention, fresh plasma and suspension red cells (or washed red blood cells) are prepared through automatic whole blood collection and separation, and instead of completing collection and separation preparation in two steps, the process is operated and completed in one time, so that cost is relatively reduced and plasma quality after whole blood separation is guaranteed.
