The invention provides a multifunctional integrated
microfluidic chip for conducting online screening of multiple types of
cancer cells simultaneously and belongs to the technical field of
microfluidics. By means of the multifunctional integrated
microfluidic chip, the experiment of conducting online screening of multiple types of
cancer cells simultaneously can be completed, and 16 types of
cancer cells can be inoculated; online screening of multiple types of
medicine simultaneously can be achieved, and online screening of eight types of cancer-resistant
medicine simultaneously can be completed. The multifunctional integrated
microfluidic chip comprises three
layers, namely a first PDMS film layer, a second PDMS film layer and a glass bottom layer, and the three parts are bonded by irreversible plasms from top to bottom in sequence to form a composite integrated structure. Four modules of the same structure and a waste liquid opening are integrated into a
chip body, four columns of
cell culture channels, a fluid channel, a
cell injection opening, two
medicine injection openings and six micro valves are integrated into each module, a bent
pipe communicated with the
cell culture channels is arranged below each column of
cell culture channels, and the top end of each bent
pipe is provided with an outlet.
