Method for producing m-cresol with direct hydrolyzation

The invention discloses a method for producing resordinol through direct hydrolysis. The method comprises the following steps: adding sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid with certain concentration and meta-toluidine respectively according to a proportion into a blending pot so as to form meta-toluidine sulphate or meta-toluidine hydrochloride; sending the meta-toluidine sulphate or meta-toluidine hydrochloride aqueous solution from the blending pot into a high-pressure kettle; controlling the reaction temperature; carrying out the hydrolysis of the meta-toluidine sulphate or the meta-toluidine hydrochloride; recovering part of water in the hydrolysate through flash evaporation for blending; neutralizing the hydrolysate through ammonia spirit or caustic alkali aqueous solution till reaching a PH value of 3 to 5; carrying out organic extraction on the hydrolysate; and then recovering the extractant and refining coarse resordinol. The method adopts only one-step hydrolysis, thereby greatly reducing the dosage of sulphuric acid, and not using sodium nitrite. The concentration of the dilute sulfuric acid generated in the reaction process is lower than 2 percent. The method has the advantages that the cost of neutralizing the dilute acid is low, and the environmental pollution is also low.

The method comprises the following steps: A) filtering m-cresol production wastewater to remove suspended substances; B) pumping he filtered m-cresol production wastewater without suspended substances into a resin column filled with resin; C) after the adsorption of the resin in the resin column is saturated, stopping pumping in the m-cresol production wastewater, and discharging the solution left in the resin gap by using an air compressor; and D) charging clear water or dilute regeneration solution as a regenerator into the resin column to regenerate the substances adsorbed by the resin, thereby forming the regeneration solution. The invention can quickly and effectively separate acids and organic substances from salts in high-acid brine wastewater discharged in the m-cresol preparation process by diazotization-hydrolysis, and implements recycling of the organic substances and inorganic acids while solving the environmental problem, thereby implementing unification of economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit.

Beta-carotene/beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds are added into a cigarette filter tip, a homogeneous filter rod for preparing the cigarette filter tip or a substrate filter rod for preparing binary and ternary composite filter rods, and in the smoking process, the high-efficiency harm reduction is realized through the selective combination of the beta-carotene/beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds on specific nitrosamine.
