The invention provides a grouting-curing-intercepting cross-
cut rapid
coal uncovering method, and relates to the technical field of cross-
cut coal uncovering. The method comprises the steps that drilling topological mapping is conducted on a target area, a connected gas interception and extraction network is constructed, and gas attenuation characteristics are extracted to determine a grouting
permeation resistance coefficient; then, a high-
pressure grouting dynamic pressurization gradient sequence is formulated, and an in-situ
test execution unit is configured in a negative pressure guide reserved area; establishing a process response
state diagram containing bag strength,
sieve tube smoothness and crack filling test nodes, generating an optimal grouting path by adopting closed-loop feedback logic, and collecting a multiphase flow grouting response
data set; and finally, generating a complete solidification curtain map by using the
data set, executing a solidification-gas interception collaborative
verification decision, and outputting a safe
coal uncovering instruction. By means of digital closed-
loop control, accurate solidification of superfine
cement on coal seam microcracks and efficient interception and extraction of gas are achieved, and the safety and operation efficiency of cross-
cut coal uncovering are remarkably improved.
