The invention relates to a
wastewater evaporation, concentration and reduction integrated device. The device is composed of a box body, an
evaporation unit, a circulating fan, a heating unit, a condensation unit, a condensate water purification unit, a
control unit, an auxiliary pipeline and a partition plate. An
evaporation plate in the device is used for direct contact evaporation of hot dry airand
wastewater, a condenser cools and dehumidifies hot wet air, an electric heater heats circulating air, a circulating fan enables the air to circularly flow in the
system, and a multilayer filtering
system continuously purifies water condensed to a
bottom water collecting tank to form standard-reaching return water. The air cooler is used for generating circulating cooling water, and wastewaterof the evaporation unit is placed in a push-pull type waste
liquid tank, so that the
wastewater can be conveniently supplemented, and the concentrated wastewater can be conveniently replaced. The boxbody is wrapped with a heat preservation layer and adopts a self-
control unit in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the
system, so the device can be conveniently run and managed; andthe device has the advantages of short technological process, simple device structure, convenience in maintenance, and realization of clean and environmentally-friendly treatment of high-concentrationwastewater.
