Each sealing plate comprises a large surface side part sealing plate, an upper part anode break joint sealing plate, an end part sealing plate, a blanking hole sealing plate and an anode center joint sealing plate, wherein the large surface side part sealing plate is fixedly laid on the side surface of the long side of the structural frame, the end part sealing plate is movably laid on the end face of the short side of the structural frame, and the upper part anode break joint sealing plate, the blanking hole sealing plate and the anode center joint sealing plate cover the top of the structural frame.
