This invention discloses a
carbon dioxide concentration early warning device suitable for greenhouses, comprising a longitudinal moving beam, a support base disposed below the longitudinal moving beam, an early warning control group, a storage battery and a
vacuum pump connected to the top of the support base, and a concentration sensor connected to its bottom, an
exhaust pipe fixed on the support base, and swing arms movably connected to both ends of the longitudinal moving beam, with a gas collection hose connected to one side of each swing arm. This invention includes an upper transmission group, a lower transmission group, an integrated
stroke dual drive, and an expansion mechanism. The integrated
stroke dual drive includes a control motor; when the control motor rotates forward, it enables high-precision detection of
carbon dioxide, and when it rotates in reverse, it controls the up-and-down movement of the support base. This design facilitates maintenance personnel in inspecting and maintaining the
electrical equipment on the support base, while the forward and reverse
control function of the motor reduces equipment investment costs, reduces the load on the longitudinal moving beam, and ensures the safety of the longitudinal moving beam's movement.
