The invention discloses a chemical and
chemical engineering waste liquid treatment method, and particularly relates to the technical field of chemical and
chemical engineering waste liquid treatment. The chemical and
chemical engineering waste liquid treatment method comprises the following specific steps: 1, carrying out oxidation treatment; 2, carrying out acid-base
neutralization treatment; 3, carrying out stirring treatment; 4, carrying out
precipitation treatment; 5, carrying out
toxicity neutralization treatment; and 6, carrying out biological
filtration. According to the invention, through oxidation and acid-base
neutralization treatment, soluble solvents such as
methanol,
ethanol and
acetic acid are degraded into organic matters such as
acetic acid and propionic acid which are easily utilized by microorganisms, so that degradation of part of organic pollutants in the
wastewater is realized; through stirring and
precipitation treatment,
nitrogen-containing,
phosphorus-containing and lead-containing wastes are converted into gas or are precipitated, so that extraction and cleaning are facilitated; through
toxicity neutralization treatment, toxic wastes containing
chromium and mercury are separated from water, so that various chemical pollutants in the
wastewater can be effectively removed; and microorganisms are utilized to carry out biochemical oxidation on organic matters, so that the degradation of part of organic pollutants in the
wastewater is finally realized.
