Chuck

An object of the present invention is to prevent the floating-up of a gripped workpiece, and to prevent the gripping from weakening due to centrifugal force accompanying fast rotation. A configuration is employed in which a chuck of the present invention includes master jaws each having a gripping claw and fitted into recessed grooves provided on a plurality of radial lines in a front surface of a rotating body that rotates together with a spindle so as to slide within a range between grasping and grasping release, pistons provided so as to slide forward and backward by fluid pressure applied behind the master jaws inside of the above-mentioned rotating body, an interlocking unit provided so as to slide the above-mentioned master jaws in a grasping direction and in a grasping release direction by the sliding of the pistons, weights incorporated behind the respective master jaws of the above-mentioned rotating body so as to slide in a central direction and in a circumferential direction of the above-mentioned rotating body and is given pressing force in the circumferential direction, and levers each provided so that a distance between an intermediate supporting point and one end engaging with each of the above-mentioned weights is larger than a distance between the intermediate supporting point and another end engaging with each of the above-mentioned master jaws.

Optical field matching filtering range finding device based on M-sequence phase coding

An optical field matching filtering range finding device based on M-sequence phase coding comprises a high-speed phase modulating and transmitting end, and a low-speed receiving end. The optical field matching filtering range finding device has advantages of high-speed modulation, high-speed receiving, random distribution for detecting light and reference light strength, no requirement for electronic signal processing, no range finding result effect by target echo waveform interference from multiple distances. A rectangular prism which is driven by a stepping motor is used for adjusting time delay of local reference light, so that a phase coding signal is focused through matched filtering. A relative distance between target points is measured through light path delay of the stepping motor. The optical field matching filtering range finding device acquires distance information through a high-speed phase coding signal, and can obtain a relatively high laser coding signal repetition frequency and a relatively high distance resolution. A low-speed detector which is adopted effectively reduces the requirement of the system to electronic components. The optical delay which is introduced by the stepping motor eliminates an electronic signal processing step.

Unequal tooth width combined permanent magnet synchronous motor and electromagnetic vibration weakening method thereof

The invention discloses an unequal tooth width combined permanent magnet synchronous motor and an electromagnetic vibration weakening method thereof. The unequal tooth width combined permanent magnetsynchronous motor comprises a stator, a permanent magnet rotor and armature windings, the stator sleeves the permanent magnet rotor, and the permanent magnet rotor is coaxially arranged with the stator. The stator comprises stator slots, stator teeth and a stator yoke part, the stator yoke part is annular, the stator teeth are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the stator yoke part. The stator slots are arranged between the stator teeth, and the armature windings are arranged in the stator slots. The width of at least one stator tooth in the stator teeth is different from the widths of other stator teeth, and the widths of other stator teeth are the same. According to the invention, the cogging torque and the tooth harmonic electromotive force of the permanent magnet motor are greatly reduced by adopting the stator with the unequal tooth width combined structure, so that the motor can have smaller torque pulsation; the torque ripple weakening effect equivalent to that ofa stator skewed slot can be achieved by changing the width of the motor stator tooth, and the torque ripple is weakened by replacing a stator skewed slot or rotor skewed pole method in the industry.

Methods of Strengthening Masonry Walls with Steel Structures

The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a masonry wall through a steel structure. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, holes are drilled at the two ends of a ring beam (1) respectively, high-strength bolts penetrate through the holes respectively, and two reinforcing steel plates (4) on the two sides of a common brick wall (2) are reliably connected with the ring beam (1) at the upper end of the wall; secondly, connecting pieces (6) are connected with construction pillars (3) on the two sides at the bottom of the wall through chemical bolts; thirdly, the lower end of the reinforcing steel plate (4) is connected to a flange (7) of the connecting piece (6) through a high-strength bolt, and the reinforcing steel plate (4) on the back side is connected in the same manner; fourthly, holes are drilled in the reinforcing masonry wall (2), bar buckles (5) are inserted, bent and welded to form square-in-square buckles, so as to fasten the steel plates (4) on the two sides; and fifthly, the surface of the wall body (2) is coated with neat cement or other covering materials, so that the reinforcement of the wall body (2) is completed. The method enhances the deformation capability of the wall body, prolongs the time of the wall body from cracking to damage, and improves the energy consumption capability of the wall body remarkably.
