The device comprises a detector, a first chromatographic column, a second chromatographic column, a third chromatographic columnand an electronic pressure control module; an input end of the first chromatographic column is connected with a sample, and an output end of the first chromatographic column is connected with the second chromatographic column and the third chromatographic column; an output end of the second chromatographic column is connected with the detector, an output end of the third chromatographic column isconnected with the detector, and retention time of high-sensitivity substances on the second chromatographic column is different from that of the high-sensitivity substances on the third chromatographic column; an output end of the electronic pressure control module is connected with a gas path between the first chromatographic column and the third chromatographic column, and the electronic pressure control module is used for controlling connection and disconnection between the first chromatographic column and the third chromatographic column. The device has the advantages that the detection sensitivity is guaranteed, and the detection range is increased.
