The invention relates to a gas mixing device of a tail gas denitration SCR (Semiconductor Control Rectifier) system of a high-power diesel engine for a ship. The gas mixing device comprises a gas inlet pipeline and a set of mixing device, wherein the set of mixing device is formed by combining two independent mixers, and the two independent mixers are parallelly arranged on installing holes of the gas inlet pipeline; one independent mixer comprises a ring body, a first flow guide plate, a second flow guide plate, a third flow guide plate, a fourth flow guide plate, a fifth flow guide plate and a sixth flow guide plate, wherein the first flow guide plate, the second flow guide plate, the third flow guide plate, the fourth flow guide plate, the fifth flow guide plate and the sixth flow guide plate are mutually parallelly embedded into the ring body; the front parts of the second flow guide plate, the third flow guide plate, the fourth flow guide plate and the fifth flow guide plate are respectively protruded and provided with spoiler fins, and the rear parts of the second flow guide plate, the third flow guide plate, the fourth flow guide plate and the fifth flow guide plate are provided with rear protruded flow guide vanes; and the sixth flow guide plate is provided with a front protruded spoiler, a spoiler fin and a rear protruded spoiler. According to the invention, the mixing uniformity can be enhanced, and the defect of insufficient mixing of a tail gas and carbamide before the tail gas and the carbamide are reacted is thoroughly overcome, and therefore, the contact surface between the tail gas and the carbamide is ensured and the purification efficiency of the tail gas is increased.
