Provided is a precoated fin material for heat exchangers that allows the construction of a fin structure in which frost formation at the time of heater operation can be prevented to the extent possible, and under such a condition that condensation is liable to occur on a fin surface, a water droplet of condensed water can be quickly removed by bringing the water droplet into contact with a hydrophilic film, and as a result, a favorable heat exchange function can be maintained without any increase in ventilation resistance. Also provided is a heat exchanger including such fin structure. The precoated fin material for heat exchangers includes: a fin substrate formed of an aluminum plate material; a crosslinked hydrophobic film having a frost formation-suppressing effect, the crosslinked hydrophobic film being formed on one surface of the fin substrate and being formed of an aqueous hydrophobic coating composition containing a resin (A) having a fluorine atom-containing group, a quaternary ammonium salt group-containing modified epoxy resin (B), and an amino resin (C) at predetermined ratios; and a hydrophilic film having a condensed water-removing effect, the hydrophilic film being formed on another surface of the fin substrate. The heat exchanger includes a fin structure in which a hydrophobic surface having a frost formation-suppressing effect and a hydrophilic surface having a condensed water-removing effect are opposite to each other.

The invention discloses a porous-medium gas hot water heater, relating to a heater in which a pipe is wound into a spiral form to separate the continuous flows of water and a heating medium; the heater is structurally characterized in that: fine-pore porous medium materials are filled in an anti-backfire channel and a groove of a water cooling sleeve; macropore porous medium materials, which are metal fibers or foamed ceramics, are filled in a combustion chamber; heat exchanging tubes exchange heat directly with the macropore porous medium materials in the combustion chamber to conduct radiation or or heat exchange with the form of heat conduction, and high temperature fume realizes strong heat exchange between the peripheral dense heat exchanging tubes and the macropore porous-medium materials and leads the fume to be cooled rapidly and steam to condense directly on the tube walls; therefore, the heat conduction of the combustion chamber is strengthened and the heat released by the combustion can be rapidly and effectively transferred to water so that the steam in the fume condenses to recycle the condensation heat of water, thus realizing the goal of ultimately absorbing the heat released by the combustion. The hot water heater has simple structure and heat efficiency of over 96 percent, meeting the Grade-I energy efficiency standard for household rapid water heaters.

The invention discloses an air volume adjustable powerless air window. The gravity center of the air window is located at the upper portion of a rotation shaft of the air window. When the air window is opened and used through a handle, due to the joint action of gravity torque and a reset torsion spring, the air window is in an open state when no air or breeze blows outdoors, and air can be led into a room. A window frame at the lower portion of the air window is a wing-shaped lower edge, and the acting torque of the outdoor air pressure can be increased. Through an air window limiting mechanism, the air window rotation range can be adjusted according to different requirements for the air volume. Air window opening and closing damping and noise lowering are conducted through the torsion spring and a sealing device. The device is simple and reliable, a power device and a sensor are not needed, and the air volume adjustable powerless air window is suitable for being used on a large scale in different areas in China.
