The invention provides a multifunctional elbow joint replacement prosthesis which comprises a humerus assembly, an ulna assembly, a radius assembly and a pin shaft assembly. The humerus assembly comprises a humerus handle, a yoke and a capitulum humeri. The ulna assembly comprises an ulna handle, an ulna neck and an ulna head. The radius assembly comprises a radial head and a radial bone marrow needle. The pin shaft assembly comprises a pin shaft outer nail of a hollow barrel structure and a pin shaft inner nail inserted into the pin shaft outer nail. One end of the pin shaft inner nail is provided with an anti-disengagement piece used for preventing the whole pin shaft inner nail from entering the pin shaft outer nail. The other end of the pin shaft inner nail is provided with a locking piece. The pin shaft assembly enables the ulna assembly to pivot around a shaft and fixes the capitulum humeri to a first convex lug. The multifunctional elbow joint replacement prosthesis accords with human body daily behavior movement characteristics, has the good stability and safety, can achieve partial replacement or whole replacement, improves biocompatibility with the sclerotin, and is not likely to cause looseness or infection or instability or other complications and long in service life.
