The invention relates to a dynamic house onsite reconstruction time and area determining method of a subsidence area, belongs to the field of mining-area house damage and onsite reconstruction, and solves the problems that a damaged village in a mining area is hard to resettle and house reconstruction needs long time. The land-surface dynamic subsidence process after exploitation of a mining areais analyzed, the subsidence deformation amount in the land surface caused by different exploitation sizes in the working face of the to-be-reconstructed area can be determined accurately, further, theresidual deformation amount of the land-surface subsidence area in the dynamic process is calculated quantitatively, compared with a house anti-deformation index, and the house onsite reconstructiontime and area in the mining process are determined. The anti-deformation house can be built as early as possible in the mining process, villagers whose houses are damaged by mining can live in new houses as early as possible, and the life quality of the villagers in the mining area is improved. The method can be used to scientifically and accurately guide house onsite reconstruction planning in the land-surface subsidence area in the dynamic mining process, and adversarial relation between workers and villagers in the mining area can be alleviated effectively.
