The invention discloses an intercropping method, which has a small floor space and a high fruiting rate, saves energy, and can achieve ecological cycle and organic complementation, of mushroom and jujube. The method comprises the following steps of proportioning, sieving, bagging, sterilizing, inoculating, hairy fungus culturing and fruiting management, wherein during hairy fungus culturing, fungus sticks in a hairy fungus shed are dispersed into 40-50 bags/m<2> during oversummering, every two fungus bags serve as one layer, and the fungus bags are vertically put alternately in an intersectingparallel form, and are put by 8 layers or below; a sunshade net is put up above the shed for overshadowing, a ventilator is additionally arranged at the top of the shed, and meanwhile, water-sprayingfacilities are prepared for cooling during high temperature; a reinforced steel framework structure is adopted by a fruiting shed, a layer of suspension shelf is suspended below a reinforced steel framework, plastic film is added to a sunshade net at the upper layer in spring and autumn, and a layer of plastic film is suspended at the lower layer; jujube trees are intercropped, and an adult jujube tree is planted every 2.4-2.6 m on a work way, so that ventilation of a mushroom shed is facilitated. The purpose of supplying water to the jujube trees is achieved by arranging water-saving droppers and through permeation of water in the facilities, after fruiting, the mushroom becomes mushroom bran, the mushroom bran is doped with chicken manure to be fermented and degraded to prepare organicfertilizer, and in spring, the organic fertilizer is circularly applied to the jujube trees.
